Donate to ALS Northwest
Our first, Good to the core,
is dedicated to ALS Northwest.
This organization is close to our hearts. Michelle’s dad, who was like a second dad to Margaret, passed away after a 10 year battle with ALS. He was a kind, hilarious man, taken from us far too soon.
With every sip, we honor his memory, support those still facing this disease, and contribute to the vital research working toward a cure.
Who is ALS Northwest?
“ALS Northwest symbolizes the hopes of people everywhere that Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) will one day be a disease of the past, conquered by the dedication of thousands who have worked ceaselessly to understand and eradicate this perplexing killer.
Until that day comes, ALS Northwest relentlessly pursues its mission to help people living with ALS and to leave no stone unturned in the search for a cure for this progressive neurodegenerative disease.”
ALS Walk
This annual fundraiser brings communities together to fund care, equipment and local support for families living with ALS.
“Your relationship with Margaret is something special. Your unselfishness towards one another has been a real inspiration & a source of pride for me. You two describe the meaning of ‘True Friendship.’”
-Malcolm, in a letter to Michelle (2004)
